Every four weeks, Ana refines your program, making necessary adjustments for maximum effectiveness. With our full support, you’ll never feel alone or uncertain about your next steps. Simply put, it’s the most comprehensive fat loss program available.

In our 1:1 sessions, you’ll receive personalized attention, making them the perfect choice for individuals new to fitness or those seeking to address specific issues like posture problems or knee pain. The 1:1 sessions are exclusively led by Ana, ensuring a dedicated and tailored experience.

On the other hand, our group sessions provide a supportive community, injecting a burst of energy into your fitness journey. These sessions are suitable for all fitness levels, thanks to Ana’s guidance on correct form and alternatives for each exercise. Ana is your coach in every Group Training Class, offering expert support and motivation.

Each session is 50 minutes, and you’ll train three times a week to maximize results.

Yes, we’ve designed The Bridal Sculpt Method to seamlessly fit into your busy lifestyle.

With our 1:1 sessions, you have the flexibility to schedule them at your convenience. We understand that life can be unpredictable, so if you need to reschedule, simply provide us with a 48-hour notice. Alternatively, if a same-day cancellation is unavoidable, Ana will record the session and send it to you, ensuring you can complete it at a time that suits you.

For our Group Sessions, we’ve got you covered even if you miss one. We’ll send you a recording of the session right after it concludes, allowing you to stay on track with your fitness journey.

No experience is required; we cater to both beginners and those with some fitness background. The program will be personalised to you and your fitness level. 

Expect to lose between 0.7kg and 1.1kg per week with The Bridal Sculpt Method Program. Our program is tailored for fast yet heathy fat loss. 

You won’t need a gym membership. All you need is a small space and 2 dumbbells. 

You can work out at home or in the gym, but you won’t have to use any gym machines, whether you choose 1:1 or group sessions.
