Unlike conventional programs, our 45-50 minute workouts require only two dumbbells, ensuring flexibility for busy schedules. As co-owners of First Dance London, we bring six years of experience working intimately with brides, understanding the wedding pressure and the need for an energizing fitness routine amidst the wedding preparations.

My coaching is designed for brides-to-be, women who want to look and feel their best for their wedding, and anyone looking to create lasting healthy habits. Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle definition, or simply feeling more confident in your body, my programs are tailored to you.

 

Not at all! You don’t need to be “in shape” to start. My programs are personalized to your current fitness level, so beginners and experienced clients alike can see results without feeling overwhelmed.

Depending on your package, you’ll get:

  • Customized workout plans and or, one to one training with me online

  • Bridal-focused nutrition guidance (including recipe packs and meal plans)

  • Progress tracking

  • Support and accountability from me to keep you motivated

Most clients train 3–4 times per week for 30–45 minutes per session. But everything is adapted to your lifestyle—you’ll never be asked to spend hours in the gym if that doesn’t fit your schedule.

Yes! You can choose to train at home or in the gym. I’ll design your workouts around the equipment you have available.

Ideally, 6–12 months before your big day gives you the most time for lasting results. But I’ve worked with brides as little as 8 weeks out and still delivered amazing transformations. The earlier you start, the more gradual and stress-free the process will feel.

Many clients start noticing changes in as little as 3–4 weeks. The biggest transformation usually happens after 8–12 weeks of consistent training and nutrition.

No crash diets here. I’ll give you structured, flexible meal plans and simple 5-ingredient recipes that fit your lifestyle, so you can still enjoy your favorite foods while seeing results.

No problem—I’ll adapt your meal plan to your dietary needs, whether you’re vegetarian, gluten-free, or have other preferences.

I offer different coaching packages depending on the level of support you’d like. Prices vary, but most brides invest between £100–£300 per month. Remember, this includes personalised training, nutrition, and full accountability—not just a workout plan you’re left to figure out on your own.
