The Nutritional Education course included in Bridal Sculpt is the result of over 20 years of living a fit & healthy lifestyle, delivered into easy to process chunks.
With the Bridal Sculpt Plans you will have access to Ana’s Boost Fitness App and to over 200 recipes suitable for any nutritional preferences.

Three online check-ins spaced every 4 weeks, followed by a full write up of each check in and an outline of the agreed actions and adjustments.
